At present, Kingfisher Consultancy is a one-person business entity. It is likely to double its size soon. The CV page provides the background of the consultant and achievements to date.

Completed work to date includes: trade policies, trade negotiations, regionalism, regional economic integration, review of regional structures, foreign policies, national and regional private sector development, ODA evaluation, land issues and international whaling.

    I am writing you in respect to EU funded service tender on which we just got shortlisted in – PMU to coordinate and monitor the 2010 social mitigation support programme in Fiji.
